The USB12-01 allows your computer to communicate with and configure devices on the power line network.

Included with the USB12-01 is a USB A to B cable and a Tamura DC wall transformer with integrated power line coupling circuit. This special DC wall transformer is required to allow power line signals to bridge across the step-down transformer.

Open source TCL/TK based software is included. You may modify this software to extend the functionality of your USB12-01 and to fit your needs.

Note: the USB12-01 is not a standard LonWorks power line network interface. It will not work with LonMaker, LNS, OpenLDV, etc.
